FP Collectibles Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

FP Collectibles currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Order Processing

Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase on days when USPS is operating. Orders placed during USPS closures, including Sundays and postal holidays, ship on the next USPS operating day.

Protective Packaging

Every order is shipped in a protective bubble mailer or box. We take care when packaging trading cards, graded collectibles, sealed products, and accessories to help protect them during transit.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its delivery.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping services and their costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping service and destination. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect or missing items, please contact us at fpcollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage claims, please include photographs of the packaging and affected items when possible.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping address or request cancellation. Changes and cancellations may be possible before shipment but cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
